Blackwills Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides skilled professional and creative services. Once work has commenced, time and resources have been invested that cannot be recovered. Our refund policy reflects this reality while ensuring clients are protected against non-delivery.
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and the applicable Service Agreement.
Our standard engagement requires a 50% advance payment before project commencement. This advance payment is used to allocate team resources, initiate research, and begin work.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced. However, if a project has not yet started (i.e., no work has been initiated within 7 days of payment), a full refund of the advance will be issued upon written request.

Include your name, project details, payment reference, amount paid, and the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision and any additional queries.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
If you are dissatisfied with our services or a refund decision, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at info@blackwills.tech before escalating to any external authority. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
Unresolved disputes are subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Indian courts, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your Service Agreement signing shall govern your engagement.
